1. Introduction
Welcome to the Kraftonium Esports BGMI Tournament. By participating, you agree to
abide by these Terms & Conditions. Non-compliance may result in disqualification or
other penalties.
2. Eligibility

Only registered players or teams are eligible to compete.

Employees of Kraftonium Esports and their immediate family members are not eligible
to participate.

Any form of cheating, including the use of hacks, third-party software, or exploiting ingame bugs, will result in immediate disqualification.
Toxic behavior, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
6. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for violating any of these Terms & Conditions or for
any unsportsmanlike behavior.
Kraftonium Esports reserves the right to disqualify any participant or team at its
discretion.
7. Technical Issues
Kraftonium Esports is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited
to server crashes, internet disconnections, or device malfunctions.
In case of major technical disruptions, Kraftonium Esports may reschedule or adjust
the tournament format as necessary.
8. Streaming & Media Rights
By participating, you grant Kraftonium Esports the right to broadcast, record, and
promote your gameplay, including your in-game username, voice, and likeness.
Participants may stream their matches, but Kraftonium Esports reserves the right to
restrict streaming if necessary.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for tournament
purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Kraftonium Esports may use participant data for promotional purposes related to the
tournament.
10. Amendments
Kraftonium Esports reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
11. Liability
Kraftonium Esports is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during
participation in the tournament.
Participation is at your own risk, and you acknowledge that esports competitions may
involve inherent risks.
